Our production possibilities
Laser cutting technology enables us to produce any conceivable shape from sheet metal parts made of steel, aluminum, or stainless steel. Whether small or large series, simple or the most complex components: we are happy to advise you and stand by your side for the successful realisation of your product ideas. Our eccentric presses and automatic punching presses are primarily used to cut the numerous springs and rods from our own product portfolio to length. However, we also reliably realise customer-specific requirements with specific tools and customised special designs.
Whether using a belt or rollers, a hydraulic bending machine, or a large-format electric servo press: we deliver the perfect shape. Not only do we give flat profiles customised shapes, but we can also easily implement complex three-dimensional forming.
With our injection moulding systems, we are able to inject taps on a wide range of products or produce entire moulded parts. Thanks to our many years of experience in tool design, we realise customer-specific products with a wide range of requirements and will be happy to support you with your next project.
Our extrusion lines are specially designed for the production of various flat profiles. We coat carrier materials made of steel, wire, and filaments with various plastics. We use calibration processes to produce different single-component plastic profiles, even without carrier materials.
The special winding of spring wire is one of our oldest manufacturing technologies and has been part of our production since the beginning of the last century. Using a special process of flat-rolling endless wire springs, we produce spiral bonings with ideal supporting and stretching properties.
